FAQ

Here are answers to the questions I receive from Brides:

1) Do you shoot in RAW or JPG format?

Answer – I shoot in RAW.  If you are not familiar, RAW is a file format like JPG, except RAW files are uncompressed and allow me greater flexibility when it comes to editing and if needed recovering the file.  A JPG file is a compressed file that offer very limited flexibility to adjust an image after it’s taken.

2) Do you shoot with a FLASH during the ceremony?

Answer – I don’t use a flash during a ceremony, the simple reason here is that a flash is very disruptive and sometimes banned in the church or venue.  To compensate for not using a flash, I use high quality lens that allow for fast shutter speeds in darker areas.   This image was taken without a flash near dusk.  It’s was taken with the same lens that I would use during your ceremony.

3) Are you willing to go to more than one location to shoot our photos? Is there an extra charge to go to more than one location?
Answer – I will go to as many locations as you request.  There is no extra charge for multiple locations.

4) Are you willing to spend the entire day of our wedding at our venue, or do you/will you have other obligations that may interfere?

Answer – When I book a wedding, it’s booked for a certain number of hours.  There will never be a conflict or overlapping of hours with another wedding.
